Much too salty and the sauce wasn’t terribly tasty. I won’t be trying this again.

Yum. I made it without the bourbon last night and it was delicious. I’ll be serving this one frequently.

This was a great meal to celebrate the first day of my guys new job, and we both loved it.
One piece of advice- I often buy sokeye salmon, which generally has a thinner filet. I happened to buy some thicker atlantic salmon this time and it worked perfectly, the salmon was done right when the outside got nice and crispy. If you do have thinner filets, I would recommend searing them in a pan until you get a nice crispy top and then finishing up in the oven to ensure the top gets crispy without totally overcooking the salmon.
