My favorite quick and easy pasta dish. Your family will love it!
Boil pasta and cook until al dente.
Heat oil in skillet and squeeze sausage out of casings and into the pan. Use your spatula to break up the sausage while cooking. Add wine to the skillet and cook for 4–5 minutess until reduced by half.
While wine cooks, chop tomatoes in half and chop basil into thin strips.
Stir cream, mustard and red pepper flakes into the skillet. Cook 2–3 minutes.
Drain pasta. Add pasta, tomatoes and basil to the skillet. Stir until pasta is covered in sauce.
Serve immediately with a garnish of shaved parmesan.
