Coleslaw dressing made to your taste and no weird ingredients. Well, hardly any.
Whisk all ingredients together and pour over a mixture of shredded cabbage, carrots and apples. If you desire it sweeter, add another teaspoon of brown sugar; more tart, add some more of the rice wine vinegar. Adjust the ingredients to your taste. Whenever I bring this to a potluck, I leave with an empty bowl.

I think it’s good, but I’m probably a little partial too. This recipe is kind of a hybrid between vinegar and mayo based dressings. I have to admit to liking mayo based dressings best. OK, I know it’s Miracle Whip, but, hey it has less calories than Mayo, so that has to count for something.
