This recipe makes a LOT of the dry rib rub. Store unused rub in an airtight container in a cool (room temperature) place.
All ingredients are DRY. Grind any whole ingredients in a spice grinder until powdery. Mix all ingredients and store in an airtight container.
This is great on ribs. Rub on ribs and let them stand for 15 minutes. Also great on whole, grilled chicken.
