My BF’s breakfast = my lunch.
Bring water to a boil and cook spaghetti according to package instructions. (Note: do not add salt).
In a skillet, crack in the egg, add a pinch of salt, cook it then flip it over and cook for 1 more minute. Remove.
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil and canola oil. Add cooked spaghetti, stir (taste to see if seasoning needs adjustment). Sprinkle half of the green onions. Stir. Lay on top the egg, sprinkle the remaining green onions. Serve!
