Description

Think you don’t know how to cook fish? Try my Easy Baked Herb Fish to see how easy fish can be. Serve with some yummy cheese grits and dinner’s on!!! Enjoy

Ingredients

  • 30 ounces, weight Your Favorite White Fish Fillets
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 5 ounces, fluid White Wine
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Pepper
  • ½ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Marjoram
  • ½ teaspoons Thyme
  • 2 whole Bay Leaves
  • 1 whole Onion, Chopped
  • 6 pieces Lemon Wedges

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Place fish fillets in a large baking dish.

3. In a small bowl, mix together oil, wine, salt, pepper, garlic, marjoram and thyme.

4. Brush mixture over fish.

5. Top with bay leaves and onion.

6. Bake 25-30 minutes or until fish flakes easily.

7. Place on serving dish and garnish with lemon wedges.

Makes Four 300 Calorie Servings.
