Southwestern Quiche

Description
A savoury quiche filled with salsa, bacon and cheese. Deelish.
Ingredients
- 6 whole Eggs
- ½ whole Chopped Onion
- 1 cup Salsa, Well Drained
- 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- ½ cups Bacon Cooked Crisp And Crumbled
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 whole Uncooked Pie Crust
Preparation
Wisk all ingredients (except the crust) together. Adjust milk to size of pie plate. Pour filling into chilled pie crust.
Bake at 350F for approximately 1 hour, or until top cracks.
Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Serve with sour cream.
