Quick, easy, unique pizza.
Preheat oven to 450ºF.
Heat olive oil. Add onions and cook 15–20 minutes. Remove from heat. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Combine herbs and scallions, set aside half for garnish. Add remaining half to the sauteed onions.
Spread onions onto the pizza shell. Bake 8-10 minutes.
Remove skin from salmon and break into bite-sized pieces. Top pizza with salmon and dollops of sour cream.
Bake for an additional 3-5 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with herb mixture. Garnish with fresh dill.
For variety, you can add sliced red and yellow pepper strips or fresh spinach.
