My mother has been making this forever (and I, almost as long). It’s so easy and delicious, and can be cooked on the grill or in the oven—even on the stovetop!
Combine all ingredients in a plastic bag and marinate for at least 4 hours.
Set indoor grill to medium-high heat. When ready, place pork on the grill and cook for approximately 15 minutes, flipping once halfway.
Note: adjust measurements and cooking time based on how much meat you’re cooking.

I’ve been making this for years, too. It’s my tenderloin staple, never fails to impress. I found that it always comes out moist and perfectly done if I grill it on high heat for about 3 minutes per side (4 sides) then turn down the heat (or move it to a higher rack) and let it cook until it reaches 165 degrees.
With a little rice pilaf and grilled or stir-fried veggies it makes an excellent company presentation, too.

Sounds really great, and I have all the ingredients at home….might be dinner tonight!
