Taking advantage of the sweet, savory flavor of the red pepper and onion relish by pairing it perfectly with pork chops.
1. Sprinkle season salt on both sides of pork chops and place in a deep covered baker.
2. Mix Tabasco, liquid smoke, garlic, and shallots into the relish.
3. Spoon over pork chops.
4. Microwave for 15 minutes on high. May also be baked at 350ºF for 1 hour. Make sure the internal temperature of the pork chops is 160ºF for either method of preparation.
