Easy-to-make yeast-free pizza. Tastes great and is so easy, the kids could help! Good recipe to play with and find what you like.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Lightly grease a rimmed pizza pan. We use baking stones – either pizza stone or bar pan. (But you still need to grease the stone.)
In large bowl, stir flour, salt, seasonings, and black pepper. (I generally use more Italian seasoning to give it more life.) Mix in egg and milk; stir well. It will not look like normal pizza dough. You want it to be runny, not like a normal dough. Use more milk if needed.
Put dough in pan and spread it. Move pan around until it covers all of pan (it should be easy to spread). Bake in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes until crust is set.
Remove from oven and drizzle pizza sauce and all other toppings you would like on. Top with cheese.
Put back in oven for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted good. Take out and ENJOY!
My husband loves to make this dough and use bbq sauce instead of pizza sauce, top with chicken and cheese for bbq chicken pizza!

This looks good… you must use Pampered Chef:) I used to be a consultant and love my stones!!! I’m going to make this today, my kids were asking for pizza and I don not like to mess with yeast… Thanks for posting!
