With only 4 ingredients, this is a super fast “after work” dinner. It takes about 3 minutes to prepare and with a little time for marinating, you have time to watch some TV before dinner. Or laundry. Or cleaning.
Place your pork chops (I used boneless skinless chops but you could certainly use bone-in) in a gallon-size Ziploc bag and set aside.
In a food processor or blender, mix Dijon mustard, honey and banana peppers until combined, about 10 pulses.
Pour marinade in with the pork and mix all around. Store in the fridge until you are ready to cook.
Grill for about 4 minutes per side, or more depending on the thickness of your pork chops.
