Definitely not a low fat meal. But oh, so good! It’s an excellent comfort food.
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
3. Mix flour and seasoned salt in a shallow dish.
4. Cover chicken pieces in flour mixture.
5. Place chicken in hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
6. Transfer chicken to baking pan and place in heated oven.
7. Cook chicken for about 45 minutes.
8. In skillet with leftover oil, add the green onions and 5 bouillon cubes.
9. Add thin egg noodles. Cover the noodles in water and stir t0 soften.
10. Remove chicken from oven and serve with the greasy noodles.
