I’ve tried many different dairy-free hot chocolate recipes and this one not only beats all, but is the easiest. Sometimes the simplest recipes are the best. You can change the taste of this hot chocolate simply by using different types of chocolate. I added in some dark chocolate to give it a richer taste. If you want more of a milk chocolate and less of a dark chocolate taste you could use 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips.
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized saucepan and heat just until it reaches a boil.
2. Remove from heat and whisk until smooth.
3. Pour into coffee mugs and serve with marshmallows.
