Shrimp, fresh vegetables, cheese and pasta. Yum!
Saute onion in olive oil until wilted. Add zucchini and garlic, season with salt and pepper and cook for 3 minutes. Add shrimp and stir on high for 2 minutes. Add tomato sauce and tomatoes; cook all at high for 3 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 525 F.
Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water. Drain and toss well with sauce mix until coated.
Set pasta in a baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella and Parmesan. Collect any tomato sauce left in the pots and sprinkle over the top. Place the pasta dish in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
