Description

This recipe is quick and easy. Just serve on your favorite buns with your favorite BBQ sauce; mine is Memphis-style!

Ingredients

  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 3 pounds Pork Tenderloin
  • 3 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ cups Water
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 10 whole Buns Of Your Choice
  • Your Favorite Bbq Sauce, To Serve

Preparation

Generously salt and pepper pork, and then place in a crock pot. Add all other ingredients to the crock pot, and then cook on high for 3 hours or until tender enough to shred with fork. Shred the pork with a fork, and mix with your favorite bbq sauce. Place on your favorite buns—onion rolls are my favorite for this! They are also great as leftovers.

Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
