Super yummy dish!! The only issue I had was the sauce not really thickening with a heaping tablespoon of cornstarch. I measured the liquids exactly as printed in the recipe. Next time I’ll use at least 2 heaping Tbsp cornstarch. Either way, these are really good and we will make them again. I added a couple cups of broccoli two minutes before the peppers and tossed the meatballs in the oven (already baking brown rice) after the first fry so they were fully cooked when added at the end. Good stuff. Thanks, Ree! It did take about an hour from start to finish.

I just love sweet and sour meatballs. Thanks for the recipe. Very similar to the one I use. Must admit I use frozen meatballs sometimes to speed things up.
