Chicken instead of corn beef reuben casserole.
Preheat oven to 375F. Coat a 9×9 inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
In a large bowl toss cubed bread and melted butter. Mix well and set aside.
Over medium heat, saute onion with with butter and, once onions are softened remove from heat and mix with sour cream and dressing.
Layer pan as follows: 1/2 of the bread mixture, then all of the sauerkraut, then the chicken, then the sour cream and onion mixture, Mozzarella cheese, and Swiss cheese. Top with the rest of the bread. Press down.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
