I have made this many different ways but this is my favorite way to eat it. I use rotisserie chicken to save time.
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Cook noodles to al dente.
Pour mushroom soup and milk into an ovenproof dish. Add cheddar cheese, chicken, noodles, parsley and mixed veggies. Salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes or until done, stirring once.
