I made this soup over the weekend for my girlfriend. To borrow a line from children…OMG! This is so good and the fact that it’s not bad for you is just an added bonus. I can’t wait for fresh Asparagus from the farmers market to make this again!

I had this soup as a first course last night. It was exceptionally good, and guilt free!! You will swear that this has heavy cream in it.
