Yummm, Made this last night for the first time. I did about a 7 lb. Pork Butt and had to cook an extra hour. Flavor was mild-I would add some hot sauce next time and we love onions so I put in a whole large onion but next time I will increase the onion for sure as they almost disappeared! It was falling apart tender goodness. Husband thought it was excellent and he’s a great cook himself. Very much enjoyed.
