Your whole house will smell soooo good. Everyone will come running to dinner.
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Take out one or more chops for each person.
3. Season the pork chops liberally with the seasoned salt.
4. Place in a glass baking dish. It’s best not to overlap too much.
5. Arrange onion slices on top of pork chops.
6. Pour the water into the baking dish.
7. Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
8. Bake for 1 hour at 400 degrees.
9. Then reduce oven to 300 degrees and cook for 30 minutes.
Serve your family with pride! So tender and flavorful. You’ll make this again and again.

This was very good, and so easy! Next time I think we’ll try using apple juice instead of water.

I made this last night, the house smelled wonderful! I loved the pork chops, the hubby didn’t like them as well but mostly because of the seasoning salt so I’ll definately make them again and just change up the seasoning. Thanks for the quick, easy recipe!
