Description

A great-tasting ice cream for diabetics or those who are sugar intolerant. Regular sugar can be substituted. Delicious!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream Or Half-And-Half
  • 1 cup Silk PureAlmond Unsweetened Almond Milk With Vanilla
  • ⅔ cups XyloSweet Granulated All Natural Xylitol Sweetner
  • 2-½ teaspoons Cinammon
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla

Preparation

Put all ingredients into a bowl and stir with whisk to combine. Chill the mixture for 1 hour if your ice cream maker doesn’t have a chilled bowl. Pour mixture into ice cream maker and proceed according to manufacturer’s instructions. When finished, transfer ice cream to freezer-safe container to firm up a little bit.

Makes about 1 quart.
