This breakfast quinoa is scented with earl gray tea and topped with berries, honey and mint for a healthy, quick and easy breakfast that is super fresh!
In a large pot, bring almond milk to a boil. Once boiling, add in quinoa and tea bags, stirring well. Turn heat to low and cover pot. Let cook until milk is absorbed, about 15 minutes.
Once quinoa is ready, remove tea bags and mix in honey.
Divide quinoa between bowls. Top with strawberries and blueberries, and garnish with fresh mint. Pour additional almond milk over top and devour.
