Description

Super food snack balls.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Whole Almonds
  • ½ cups Cashews
  • 1 cup Medjool Dates, Pitted
  • ½ cups Dried Blueberries

Preparation

In a food processor, roughly chop almonds and cashews. Set aside 1/3 of this mixture. Add dates and blueberries into the rest of the mixture in the food processor and process until you reach a fine paste. Turn the mixture into a bowl and add in the remaining chopped nuts. Portion into round balls.
