Wonderful soup! Made a few changes: Roasted the Broccoli with spray of Olive Oil in oven at 350 for 20 minutes. (Love the nutty flavor.) Then added Ham (1 Ham Steak chopped) for the carnivores in my family – who wouldn’t appreciate an all vegetable meal. Will make again!

Wonderful Soup! I’ve made it a couple times now, and every time my family gobbles it up! Even my picky 2 and 3 year olds!

Delicious! I did have to add more cheese, sharp cheddar really helped give it a cheesy flavor that was absent with the called for amounts. Or maybe I just like cheese that much.

This was amazing! My husband declared it, “the best broccoli and cheese soup I’ve ever had.” I didn’t have half-n-half, so I used 1C heavy whipping cream and 1C water with a chicken bouillon cube. It was a hearty meal with a side salad and whole wheat french bread.

I’m trying this tonight! I’ve been looking for a good Broccoli Cheese soup!! Just got back from the grocery store with all the fixin’s
