Description

Meal-worthy for sure.

Ingredients

  • FOR THE RANCH DRESSING:
  • ¼ cups Sour Cream
  • ¼ cups Half-and-half
  • 2 Tablespoons White Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 clove Grated Garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Or Fresh Chopped Dill
  • ¼ cups Feta Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • FOR THE SALAD:
  • 8 cups Chopped Lettuce Or Other Salad Greens
  • ½ cups Chopped Tomatoes (optional)
  • ½ cups Chopped Cucumber (optional)
  • ½ cups Chopped Radishes (optional)
  • ½ cups Chopped Celery (optional)
  • ½ cups Diced Avocado (optional)
  • ½ cups Diced Onion (optional)
  • ½ cups Sliced Bell Pepper, Any Color (optional)
  • ½ cups Sliced Scallions (optional)
  • ½ cups Chopped Fresh Herbs (optional)
  • ½ cups Chopped Nuts (optional)
  • ½ cups Grated Or Crumbled Cheese (optional)

Preparation

For the dressing, add all ingredients to a jar and shake vigorously to combine. Taste, and adjust seasoning as you’d like. If the dressing is very thick, add a bit more half and half to make it pourable.

For the salad, combine everything in a large bowl. Pour over a bit of dressing and toss together with tongs. Serve with more dressing for drizzling if desired.

Enjoy!

This dressing is the BOMB! Very Ranch-y, but still able to make it healthy.
