Pepitas (Pumpkin Seeds)

by holderman1325 and filed in Appetizers, Snacks

These are such a great snack with a little kick to them. Perfect for fall. Beware: completely addictive! Also highly popular at parties and card night.

Overnight Chicken Cheesy Casserole

by holderman1325 and filed in Main Courses, Poultry

This is a fabulous way to have a hot delicious dinner ready with one dish you made the night before. It’s so good around my house that the only picture I have is the pre-cooked version, because once it’s cooked, it’s gone! Works with chicken or turkey and a great way to use up those cooked/holiday leftovers!

Maxx’s Filet Mignon, Uncomplicated

by LadyInRed and filed in Beef, Main Courses

In 5 minutes, you can prepare the best cut of meat you’ve ever made. The only hard part is enduring the tantalizing aroma until it’s time to take it out of the oven!

Mashed Potato Casserole

by holderman1325 and filed in Potatoes, Sides

This is a nice variation to mashed potatoes, and a fancier dish than a pot of fake mashed potatoes. You can also totally make this with leftover mashed potatoes for a new look at Thanksgiving leftovers!

These take some time, but they are so impressive and delicious! Well worth it. They even won me a contest!

Forgotten Kiss Cookies

by Dana (The Homesteading Housewife) and filed in Cookies, Desserts

These cookies are bite-size bits of heaven! They call for mini chocolate chips in the dough, but I live in the boonies and was out of mini chocolate chips. I had a choice: use mini M&M’s or drive to the city to buy the chocolate chips. M&M’s won!

Ice Cream Sandwich Cake

by holderman1325 and filed in Desserts, Ice Cream

This is a great way to make a fast ice cream cake that looks beautiful when you slice it. It’s a slightly modified recipe from the KraftFoods site and was a big hit at both parties that I have served it at. Many people wanted the recipe.

Meet Nancy

Nancy is the Coupon Clipping Cook, which means she not only has an astounding number of recipes to share with us (her TK recipe box is busting at the seams!) but she's also got loads of money-saving tips in her blog (she worked at a grocery store for a number of years, so she knows her stuff). She has some pretty amazing creations, like Roasted Garlic Potato Soup and Nutty Coconut Chicken. Go check them out!

Meet Heather

Heather is a Texas native and the blogger behind Heather's Dish. She's mom to Weston, wife to Nate, and they live in Little Rock, Arkansas with their two "stubborn and saucy" dogs Bunker and Keira. In her blog, she shares her photographs, random musings (serious and silly alike), and all kinds of scrumptious recipes---and not just evil variations of her favorite mac and cheese. Her enviable TK recipe box is a testament to that. Go see for yourself!
