I left a 4 mitt review earlier because when I made these, they had a bitter taste to them. However, I warmed up the leftovers for a sandwich last night and the bitter taste was completely gone and they were great! It seems like these do better if made a couple days in advance. They are worth the wait. They make a pretty awesome sub sandwich. I will definately make these again. Probably make ahead and keep in my freezer til I want them. Thank you for sharing this recipe!
