Description

An easy and delicious way to make a full beef tenderloin that gives a fresh spin on traditional steak and potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds Trimmed Beef Tenderloin
  • 1-½ Tablespoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Thyme
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Rosemary
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Basil
  • ½ Tablespoons Ground Corriander
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced

Preparation

Heat grill to medium/high. Mix all ingredients and evenly coat tenderloin.

Grill over medium/high heat for 8 minutes on each side. Turn grill to medium/low and allow to cook for another 10-15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 130 degrees.

Slice and serve.
