Recipe Description

Perfect for days that you’re on the run—and it’s delicious!

Preparation Instructions

Season the meat with salt and pepper. Make slices in the meat large enough to fit the garlic pieces, and stick them in the holes. Place one onion in the crockpot, then the meat, then the rest of the ingredients on top. Cook on low for 4-5 hours.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds London Broil
  • Salt And Pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Thinly Sliced
  • 2 whole Onions, Sliced
  • 2 whole Bay Leaves
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 Tablespoons Low Sodium Soy Sauce
