Description

Giant chewy cookies with a hint of chocolate malt.

Ingredients

  • 1-½ cup Whopper Candies
  • 1-½ cup Butter Flavored Crisco
  • 2-½ cups Brown Sugar
  • ¼ cups Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 3 cups Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1 cup Whopper Candies, Lightly Crushed
  • 20 whole Snack Sized Hershey Chocolate Bars, Chopped

Preparation

Process the 1 1/2 cups of Whopper candies in a food processor until you have a fine powder. Set aside.

In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat together the Crisco and brown sugar. Beat in milk, vanilla and eggs until thoroughly combined. Add in flour, salt and baking soda. Beat in processed Whoppers. Fold in the remaining Whoppers (that have been lightly crushed) and the chopped Hershey bars.

Drop by large scoop onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 375 degree F oven for 10-13 minutes. They will appear slightly underdone – but that’s OK! Allow to cool on cooling rack. Enjoy!
