  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice

Great recipe, although took the advice of other reviewers in cutting back the white chocolate to about a cup, and added half a cup of chopped pecans for a nice crunch. Brought to Thanksgiving dinner and everyone loved them!

I must admit, I was a bit disappointed in these too. I was careful with mixing, but my cookies came out very soft and fluffy (which is good!), but more like cake than a cookie. I thought I’d be okay with that, but I’d prefer a chewy cookie instead.
