We made these today with dairy free substitutes (butter & chocolate chips) and they came out great! I like the texture and the flavor is rather light.

I made these exactly as the recipe stated, but I added pecans to half of the batter and they were fantastic both ways! I have a ‘go to’ chocolate chip cookie recipe that everyone loves, so when I showed up at a family get-together with them, people were skeptical. One bite and they were sold! Very, very good cookies!

These were really easy and good. Make sure to leave space between them on the pan they spread out a little. Very Good!

These are really tasty. I didn’t have any mini marshmallows and was too lazy to go into town so I cut up reg size and that worked well…thanks for a great easy alternative to the standard choc chip.

I really like the texture of these cookies–chewy with a little bit of crunch. But they are missing a certain something, maybe salt? Yummy, but not quite amazing.

These cookies were a huge hit! I made them for our book club meeting which consists of 8 moms and 25 children and even though I made the cookies small and which yielded about 6 dozen cookies, they were ALL GONE at the end of the meeting. I made a second batch the very next day to share again with the same group of girls and kids at our swim club and again, all of them gone! My own personal preference was to add a second cup of mini marshmallows, which added even more toffee crunch. The cookies are easy to make and with the oats, they are even semi-healthy!

I really wanted to love these. However I found them a bit too sweet. Also, the marshmallow made them kind of fall apart, and the krispies didn’t stay crunchy. I was really missing the “crunch” part and the toffee part. They were still tasty enough, just not great.

Added salt and switched out for half margarine and half butter but these are now my go-to cookie! So delicious and slightly diffrent than regular chocolate chip.

I’ve made these twice since I saw them first on PW’s blog. Both my family and co-workers loved them.

I made these tonight. They were yummy. Make sure they are spread out enough on the pan they spread some. Really good!
