Description

Festive chocolate pudding with peppermint flavor!

Ingredients

  • 15  Peppermint Oreos
  • 1 box (3.5 Oz Size) Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
  • 3 cups Milk
  • 1 container 8 Ounce Size, Cool Whip
  • Optional For Garnish: Crushed Candy Canes Or Peppermint Candies

Preparation

If you want to prepare this as individual servings, you’ll need four 1 cup serving dishes.

In a small bowl separate the cream from the Oreos by scraping the cream into the bowl. Set aside the cookies (there will be 30 single cookies left) and the cream.

In a large bowl add the pudding mix and milk. Whisk together until there are no more lumps. Combine the Oreo cream into the pudding mix and whisk until smooth.

If you want to make a layered dessert, first place a single cookie in the bottom of your cups. Layer 1 tablespoon of Cool Whip on top of each. Then layer 2 tablespoons of pudding on top of that. Repeat steps. Sprinkle with crushed candy canes and crushed Oreo cookies. Dollop the top with Cool Whip.

Allow them to chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
