It’s the most logical next step in creating no-bake cookies: combining butterscotch with the no-bake oatmeal. Oh my!
In large saucepan, on medium high heat, add margarine, sugar and milk. Bring to a boil, and boil for a complete full minute, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, salt and butterscotch morsels. Stir for about 1-2 minutes; the butterscotch won’t completely melt, it’s okay. Fold in oatmeal.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto a large sheet of parchment paper. Allow to set and cool, about 15 minutes. Store in an airtight container. Enjoy.
