Wow…so simple with such a perfect texture and delicious taste!

These are fantastically easy. Probably the best recipe for shortbread that I’ve come across in a long time. On tuesday, they’ll be on their way to some very deserving marines and soldiers overseas!!

I made these for dessert tonight. They were SO easy! We already ate half of them. They taste exactly what shortbread should taste like. Light and crumbly. I love them. I am going to make them again soon!
