Description

The perfect milk-dipping cookie.

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Unsalted Butter
  • ½ cups Butter Flavored Crisco
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • ½ cups Brown Sugar
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups Flour
  • ½ cups Unsweetened Cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 12 whole Oreo Cookies, Crushed
  • 1-½ cup Semi-sweet Chocolate Morsels

Preparation

Cream butter, Crisco and sugars together. Beat in eggs, salt and vanilla. Mix in the flour, cocoa and baking soda. Fold in Oreos and chocolate chips.

Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto a baking sheet and bake in a 375ºF oven for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven (I tap the tops lightly to flatten and get crackled tops). Cool and enjoy!

What’s not to love here? The little bites of oreo in this chocolate cookie were superb, both for fun texture and flavor. If you like oreos and chocolate/chocolate chip cookies, you’ll adore these!!
