  • ½ cups White Granulated Sugar
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1-½ cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoons Ground Nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoons Ground Cloves
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • 2 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Chips

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Cream together butter, shortening, sugars, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.

3. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and salt; stir into the wet mixture. Stir in oats, cranberries, and chocolate chips.

4. Drop by rounded 1/2 tablespoonfuls 1 inch apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, then allow to cool on the cookie sheet for two minutes before transferring to a wire cooling rack.

You say Oatmeal….cranberries…..or cinnamon and I’m there !
The picture looks great too, so these I will be making this weekend. I always have fresh ( frozen ) and dried cranberries on hand, I just love them and put them in nearly everything.
Thanks for the recipe…..
