Description

These cookies contain everything good about cookies. They are thick, chewy and loaded with all kinds of peanut buttery and chocolate-y goodness!

Ingredients

  • ¾ cups Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • ⅓ cups Butter, Softened
  • 3  Eggs
  • ¾ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Corn Syrup
  • 1 cup Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 cups Quick Cooking Oats
  • ½ cups Reese's Pieces
  • ½ cups Reese's Peanut Butter Chips
  • ½ cups Semi-sweet (or Dark!) Chocolate Chips
  • ¼ cups White Chocolate Chips

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, cream together the sugars and butter. Add the eggs and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Stir in the corn syrup and peanut butter on low. Set aside.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt. Add this into the sugar mixture. Beat on low until just combined.
4. Using a wooden spoon (or other sturdy utensil!), stir in the oats and all of the candy. Mixture will be stiff. (This just means that you’re burning more calories making them, allowing you to eat more!)
5. Drop by 1/4 cupfuls onto baking sheet. Bake for 11-13 minutes or until edges start to turn golden brown. Then remove the baking sheets from the oven.
6. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 3 minutes before removing them to a wire rack to finish cooling.
7. Store in an airtight container.
