D-I-V-I-N-E….. these cookies are divine. They were easy and the texture is wonderful. I even halved the recipe and it still made 3-1/2 dozen cookies. THX so much for sharing.

I thought these were great. I only had unsweetened coconut and sliced almonds, so that’s what I used. I also halved the recipe and still came out with 36 cookies.

Mmmmm so good. I added a tbsp of cocoa powder and ground whole almonds instead of the slivers. Delish!

These are a nice alternative to plain chocolate chip cookies. They are somewhat light and delicate, almost like a Pepperidge Farm cookie. I only added two cups of chocolate chips and it was plenty. Using my medium cookie scoop, the recipe yielded 55 cookies. I will be making these again!

These were amazing! I used just 1 cup each of nuts, coconut, and chocolate chips, and they turned out awesome. Make sure to take them out BEFORE the edges turn golden brown, unless you want a pretty crisp cookie.
