Description

Just two ingredients to create a deliciously moist and dense chocolate cake!

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 Oz) Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 box (18 Ounce Box) Chocolate Cake Mix
  • ⅔ cups Pecans (optional)
  • ⅔ cups Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips (optional)

Preparation

Mix together all of the ingredients – the pecans and chocolate chips are optional – so they don’t count against the 2-ingredient tally! Transfer into greased loaf pan. Put into the preheated oven at 350 degrees F for 25-35 minutes. It is done when toothpick comes out of the middle, (fairly) clean.

Sounds great, will have to give it a try with one of the Betty Crocker Gluten Free Mixes for my grandson, thanks for sharing.
