This steak is rolled up with prosciutto, cheese and garlic seasoned breadcrumbs then nestled in a bed of rich tomato sauce and orecchiette (my new most favorite) pasta. I love how the sauce gets caught between the noodles that piggy-back on each other.

This mouth watering and tangy steak became an instant hit when we put it on the menu of my family’s restaurant. It is so incredibly easy, but what these spicy tangy flavors do to a steak is out of this world.

I make this about once a week. My family loves them! Use more or less jalapenos depending on your tastes.
The original recipe called for flank steak but I’ve used sirloin steak with great results.

Ryan’s go-to meal of the year, this dish works well for an everyday dinner as well as a dinner party. It’s an extremely flexible dish, so you don’t have to stick too closely to the exact recipe. Add or omit ingredients to your taste and make it all your own.

The most tender, moist, flavorful meatloaf you’ll ever find! I didn’t even like meatloaf until I tried this.
