Cinco de You Should Totally Make This.
by The Hungry Housewives and filed in Holidays
This is a tradition in our household that we have on holiday mornings (because it can be put together ahead of time), and it is perfect for brunches. My sister Laura does a million variations on Margie’s Eggs so there’s no way to make it wrong. Go ahead and change the cheese, put frozen hash browns on the bottom, toss in real bacon bits, etc. Another plus is that this tastes great reheated, too!

This salad is always a must-have at Easter (it would also be great for St. Patty’s). It’s very easy to make in a large batch for potlucks. I always get asked for the recipe.
This salad is a very pretty light green color, but if you would like the green to be a little more vivid, just add some green food coloring.

Made with all-natural ingredients, no artificial dyes, and no trans fat, unlike those store-bought refrigerated ones.
