These are the most amazing, soft, sweet, yet salty, homemade pretzel bites. They are so good. I made two batches of these because they were that good. I actually watched Cristina Ferrare make homemade pretzels on Home & Family last week and I could not get them out of my head. They looked so absolutely delicious that I had to make my own.

These pecans make for a stellar appetizer or snack. Pack them into a glass jar and tie up with a ribbon for a beautiful gift for friends and party hosts. If you’d like, you can use a combination of pecans and almonds here, or replace all of the pecans with 4 cups of almonds.

Tastes very close to the Taco Bell Quesadilla sauce, but I like this one better! Makes great tasting quesadillas out of left over chicken, steak and roast! The sauce also tastes very good as a warm or cold dip.

Best granola ever. Packed with coconut, oats, almonds and cashews, the delectable flavor of this granola comes from pure maple syrup and dark brown sugar.

Crispy kale fulfills your salty snack cravings, but doesn’t leave you with the usual snack food hangover (in either your conscience or your gut).
