Description

Oven Baked Potato Chips: super easy and quick with only 3 ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Large Russett Potato
  • Cooking Spray
  • Sea Salt

Preparation

Preheat oven to 475ºF.

Using a mandoline or very sharp knife, thinly slice the potatoes. Use paper towels to dry off any excess moisture from the potatoes.

Cover a large baking sheet with cooking spray. Place the potato slices in one layer on the baking sheet. Spray the slices with cooking spray.

Bake the potato slices for 15–20 minutes until golden brown. You may need to flip the slices every few minutes to evenly bake them. Keep a close eye on the potatoes, as some will crisp up faster than others. Once browned, remove them from the oven and immediately sprinkle them with sea salt.

Enjoy!

These are delish, super easy, and one potato makes a lot of chips! I can see using different toppings for even more varieties! Thank you!

Easy and delicious! I finished prepping the potatoes before the oven even heated up. My husband has a new favorite snack!

These are a family favorite! I’ve had much better luck with this method than with previous recipes I’ve tried that have you toss the potatoes in olive oil.

simple, yet perfect! My only mistake was not making enough. My 5 year old told me to make sure I don’t lose this recipe because it’s the best ever ha ha.
