Do rolls scare you? These use pre-made cinnamon rolls and with a few simple additions they taste amazing! Welcome Fall with this great breakfast.
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray an 8×8 inch glass dish with cooking spray. Spread 1 cup of the apples into the dish.
2. Separate dough into 8 rolls. Cut each roll into quarters; place the pieces in a large bowl. Add remaining 1/2 cup apples and pecans.
3. In a small bowl, mix butter, brown sugar and corn syrup until well blended. Add brown sugar mixture to the dough mixture; toss gently to combine. Spoon mixture over apples that are already in the pan.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for 28 to 38 minutes or until deep golden brown. Cool 5 minutes. Invert pan onto a serving platter. Remove lid from icing (the little tub that came with your cinnamon rolls). Microwave icing on high for 10 to 15 seconds or until drizzling consistency. Drizzle over warm coffee cake. Serve warm.
