Yes, you can prepare this the night before and it turns out perfectly. I did bake it a little longer than recommended, since I was starting with a cold dish, and put foil over the top half way through. Everyone at the office loved it!

I was wondering the same thing…can I make it Friday morning and cook on Saturday? Or even make it on Thursday? I was going to make a casserole with bread cubes since it can sit in the fridge a day or two but I just happen to have 2 cans of crescent rolls needing to be used. Thanks!

Can you prep this the day before and bake the next morning? Wondering about the crescent rolls…

Thanks!

Absolutely delicious! I made this the day before my hubby’s morning prayer group and popped it in the oven the next morning…turned out perfectly! Like Heather, I undercooked the eggs and also added some seasonings that we like. It was absolutely a hit and I will definitely be making it again and again! Thank you for a keeper recipe!

If I could give this a 10 I would. I made this yesterday and it was a HUGE hit with my whole family. I will definitely be making this regularly. My husband said I could make it every Sunday and he would be just fine with that! I did add 1 T onion powder and 1 t minced garlic and used sage sausage. Thanks for a great recipe!

What a great recipe! I made this for my family and they loved it. I did adapt it for my family’s tastes by adding a red pepper, a large Vidalia onion, a clove of garlic and 1/2 lb of mushrooms. I sauteed them before adding them to the sausage. I also added 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary. My family hasn’t stopped talking about how much they loved it. A great recipe and very adaptable. Thanks for sharing it with us. I know I’ll be making this one on a regular basis!

Really good recipe! I’m always looking for new casseroles for breakfast that me and my bf can have for a couple days. Very filling! Make sure you let the cream cheese melt well with sausage so it all combines well. I also didn’t cook my eggs all the way before adding back into sausage and cc. I didn’t want to worry about overcooking the eggs before they finished in oven. Thank you for sharing!
