These tasted really great, and they won some rave reviews from my roommate and her boyfriend.
I actually haven’t made pancakes in a really long time (and never from a mix), so I was a little concerned that the batter was a little too thick. I ended up adding extra milk to thin the batter out, but they still tasted good.
I didn’t have cake flour, so I made my own with whole wheat white flour and cornstarch (you can ind the ratio on the cornstarch container). All in all, they turned out well, and I would make these again.

These pancakes are our favorite! I have tried at least 10 other recipes, but we always come back to these. They are so fluffy and flavorful.

A girl after my own heart! I definitely needed the perfect pancake recipe! My husband jokes because I was so domestically challenged when we got married that I called my mom to ask her how to make pancakes on a grill. To which she replied, “Do you have a pan? Hence the word PANcakes”. When I actually made the pancakes they were as thick as hamburgers! No one is laughing anymore! These are fabulous! Thanks!

I came upon some cake flour in my pantry this morning, and instantly thought of this recipe. I transformed this recipe into chocolate chip pecan pancakes this morning, and it was the best homemade pancake I’ve ever made.
I will definitely be going back to this recipe from now on. So long bisquick.

I made these on Sunday so I could stop buying the store bought frozen brands. I was told by my ten year old that they were “Better than McDonalds!” Great recipe

Best pancakes ever! I did add chocolate chips and walnuts, but regardless. This is my go to pancake recipe now.

These are some tasty pancakes. I used regular flour and added ground flax seed. They turned out very good.

I have made these pancakes several times since they were posted. I tried using all-purpose flour once, and they were not nearly as fluffy. The vanilla is great. I like them with blueberries or with a fruit syrup.

I made these Christmas morning – my first time making pancakes. My batter was a little thick, but it turned out great anyway. (My dad helped me thin it out a bit.) Not bad for my first try.

I hate the admit that I had never made pancakes from scratch before, but will probably never use a mix again! These were amazing, loved the vanilla. Could even eat these plain, but the were really good with butter and syrup…..yum! Thanks for sharing!

Anyone know how many pancakes 6 servings yields? It’s just Husband and me, so I’m thinking I should probably scale this down a bit…

Made these this morning. They were really thick and fluffy and had a wonderful vanilla flavor! I also made the carrot cake pancakes and have to admit that I liked the Perfect Pancakes better. The butter and syrup just brought out the vanilla flavor! Loved them!

I am not a pancake eater but I love these pancakes!! They have a yummy flavor that is sweet and fluffy. The recipe is so easy you don’t need to use that store bought mix stuff with the funky ingredients. My daughter and husband love these as well. This recipe is a keeper!

These pancakes were a big hit!! I made some with blueberries and some with chocolate chips. Everyone was happy! This will definitely replace my old recipe of flat, lifeless pancakes. There were fluffy and yummy!
