We make these pancakes (with the small addition of a little vanilla extract) every Sunday morning. They are a staple for my family now. Thanks!

These were great! And the first pancakes I’ve ever made that haven’t turned out like hockey pucks! So easy! They are great as is but I added a little vanilla to the second batch because the hubs and I LOVE vanilla!

These were great and soo easy – I managed to only use one bowl and I loved that there weren’t tons of steps!
Update: I’ve made these several times as written, but today we tried them with 1/2 c white whole wheat flour for some of the regular, and 3 T ground flaxseed for one of the T’s of oil. They were still light and fluffy!

These were easy, and very good. Next time I might double the recipe so that I have some left over. It made twelve 3-4″ pancakes. I added chocolate chips to a few as a surprise for my kids!

OH MY. I could eat these all day, every day. My maple syrup is almost gone just trying to keep up with these. My mum likes them too!

These were so good and so easy. I did add extra milk, as I don’t care for them to be this thick. But my kids LOVED them. I made them on Saturday night for dinner.
They each at 3 pancakes. Really good!

I did forget to add that some other really great things to add to it are coarsely chopped pecans and pretty much any kind of fruit (although I haven’t tried kiwi…). Nuts are great in it if you like them.

My baking powder must be dead or something. I followed this recipe to a “T” but my batter (and the subsequent pancakes) was very thin. These pancakes had a decent flavor, but not much substance.

I made these for my boyfriend last weekend (added chocolate chips since that’s his favorite…) and they were awesome. Going to try this recipe tonight and use it for waffles!

These were FANTASTIC. Everyone in my family loved them and they didn’t last an hour!

I made this into chocolate pancakes by using 1/4 cup of sugar instead of of 1 Tablespoon, and by adding 5 Tablespoons of coca powder. For some I put in chocolate chips too. They were pretty good.
